The goal of RAFO is to continuously improve our employees’ health protection and their safety at work. The oil industry requires a high degree of health protection and safety at work, so these are among the top priorities and basic prerequisites for the successful operation of any refinery. Once the upgrade and modernisation of RAFO are completed, RAFO will be an example of how a conventional refinery can be turned into a petrochemical complex with the enhancement of qualification of its work force involved in this process.
Special attention is paid to adequate employee training, in order for them to be able to work safely and to minimize the risks related to their daily work activities.
RAFO will introduce a new system of managing the occupational health and safety at work, aiming at continuously improving the level of safety and to regularly monitor the status of health and well-being of the employees.
